22. Partial nullity

All the clauses or extremes of this contract must be interpreted in an independent and autonomous form, and will not affect the rest of the stipulations in the event that one of this is declared anything by a legal sentence or by an arbitration decision. The clause or the clauses concerned will be replaced by others who preserve the effects desired by the conditions of use of the platform.

23. Applicable law and jurisdiction

If the current legislation provides for the possibility for the parties to go to a specific hole, for each controversy derived or relating to this website, the Italian law will be valid in the moment of the dispute, and we will rely on the Court of Naples, or possibly to the Consumer refereeing courts to which we adhere to the moment of the controversy. Without prejudice to what he reaches, in agreement with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November relating to the approval of the consolidated text of the general law on the defense of consumers and users, in the event of dispute we will rely on the Court of consumer domicile and user.
